The Cavaliers pushed Dyer County in the first set before the Choctaws emerged with a 27-25 victory. From there, Dyer County took control, winning the next two sets 25-16 and 25-18 to complete the sweep and claim the district championship. Dyer County recorded 10 service aces in the championship victory, led by Adalyn Harrison with three. Zoey Morris and Evie Rogers added two apiece, while Kate Benedetto, Katie Beth Caldwell and Kierstyn Ray each contributed one. The championship also brought several individual honors for the Choctaws, recognizing the performances of players who helped lead the program throughout the regular season and district tournament. Blair Acree was named District 13AA Tournament Most Valuable Player following her performance in the championship run. Teammates Kierstyn Ray and Zoey Morris joined Acree in receiving postseason recognition, earning spots on the All-Tournament Team. Dyer County was also well represented among the District 13AA regular-season awards, with six Choctaws selected to the All-District Team: Kierstyn Ray, Katie Beth Caldwell, Evie Rogers, Blair Acree, Zoey Morris and Adalyn Harrison. Three Choctaws also received the district's top individual performance honors. Kierstyn Ray was named District 13AA Most Valuable Player, Katie Beth Caldwell earned Hitter of the Year, and Evie Rogers was selected Libero of the Year. The program's success extended beyond the volleyball court, with several players earning academic recognition. Blair Acree, Kate Davis, Zoey Morris and Kierstyn Ray received District Scholar honors, recognizing seniors who maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout their playing careers.
