Dyer County Cross Country traveled to Union City Tuesday to compete in the Union City Invitational, with Bailey Halliburton turning in a strong performance for the Choctaws. Halliburton finished 14th overall in the girls race, placing among the top 20 percent of a field that featured 79 runners. The Union City Invitational provided another opportunity for Dyer County's runners to compete against a large field of athletes from across the area as the Choctaws continue through the early portion of their season.
